The 22-year center Semyon Medvedev will play for Lokomotiv Kuban PBC in the 2024/25 season.
Semyon Medvedev is a graduate of the Lokomotiv Kuban training system. Since 2019, he played for Loko-2 and SShOR-Loko, and in the summer of 2023, he joined Irkut BC in the Superliga. In total, he took part in 33 matches for Irkutian team, averaging 2.9 points, 2.9 rebounds and 1.1 blocked shots per 10 minutes on the court. Also, at that season Medvedev set a Superliga record for the number of blocked shots per match – he made 6 in the game against MBA-MAI.
In the upcoming season, Semyon returns to his home club and will train with the main team.
