Three Loko players are in the national team

The Russian Basketball Federation has published a list of 25 players invited to the February training camp of the men's national team. Three of them represent our club.

The list includes our forward Kirill Temirov, guard Vladislav Ishchenko, and forward Danil Sheyanov, who currently plays for our Superliga team, ORSS-Lokomotiv-Kuban.

Temirov made his debut for the Russian national team in August 2024. For Ishchenko and Sheyanov, if they remain on the final list of called-up players, the upcoming February training camp will be their first. Congrats for the guys!

I was very happy when I found out that I was called up to the national team. It is a great opportunity to train once again in great company. Before that, I was in the U18 team and three times in the U20 team. I was called up to the adult team in the fall, but was not included in the final list. I hope I'll be there this time – I’ll have enough time to fully recover from the injury by then.
