Interview

Patrick Miller: “Everything that happened in the regular season no longer matter”

The Lokomotiv Kuban PBC point guard shared his thoughts on the upcoming start of the quarterfinal series against Uralmash on April 22.
What is the mood in the team at the moment?
The mood is great, we are looking forward to the most important part of the season. I think we are absolutely ready for the play-offs.
What do you think of Uralmash?
They have some good players. They beat us twice in the regular season, so we are preparing for tough games. But I have no doubt that we will go further. Everything that happened in the regular season no longer matters. Now a completely different basketball will begin. I am looking forward to it and I am sure that everything will work out for us.
What is the most important thing to do in the first game?
Total focus on defense. We have to lock up and enjoy how we play. It's time to really enjoy basketball. That's what we're going to do.
Do you wish to say something to Lokofamily?
This is the playoffs, where every game can be decisive. I really hope that you will come and give us a really loud support. And we promise to make a good show!
