We interviewed the Lokomotiv Kuban forward ahead of Game 4 of the bronze series against UNICS.
- Do you agree that UNICS is the toughest opponent in terms of rebounds in this play-offs?
- Yes, they have a lot of size. Really athletic and strong guys, so they're definitely the toughest rebounding team in the entire league and that's just a challenge that we're just going to have to take head on and we're up to the challenge.
- Can you say that you are in a good rhythm?
- Oh, yes. I feel like I'm in one of my best rhythms throughout the whole year. I feel like it's been a really good playoffs for me and the team and I feel like I'm playing some of my best basketball right now.
- How fresh or maybe tired do you feel?
- I feel really good. Actually, I mean, I'm pretty young so it's still easy for me to recover pretty fastly, but I feel really good right now.
- Do you look forward to coming back to Kazan?
- Yes, we really want to win there. We struggled playing away games throughout the playoffs. So we want to finish off the season good and with third place.
- What will be the main thing in tomorrow's game?
- Just rebounding being more physical. Showing the first two minutes that we want to win more.
- What can you say to fans who may be hesitating about coming to the arena?
- It's gonna be our last time being able to play in front of our fans and we want to really put on a show and put on a beautiful game for them to watch. So if you want to see a really fast and exciting basketball game then come see us.
