Cassius Robertson was born on April 20, 1994 in Toronto, Canada. He graduated from the University of Missouri, where he was named to the NCAA Southeastern Conference first team in the 2017/2018 season.
His first professional club was Bayreuth in the German league. He then played for the Italian Bologna and Reggio Emilia, the Canadian Niagara River Lions and Scarborough Shooting Stars, with whom he won the national championship in 2023.
In the 2022/23 season, Robertson played for Obraidoro, where he became the top scorer in the Spanish championship, averaging 17.4 points per game. He spent the next year with Valencia, having played 30 games in the Euroleague.
Kassius joins Lokomotiv-Kuban from the Spanish club Joventut Badalona, where he became the team’s best scorer last season: 14.6 points + 2.4 rebounds + 2.7 assists + 0.7 steals; his 3-point accuracy for the season was 40.7%.
