In the 1st quarter, they got whatever they wanted, but the next 3 quarters we played hard and in overtime too. I'm glad we responded. It was a hard fought game and I'm proud that we fought.
I had 30 points, but I probably should have had 32, I should have taken the last shot. But unfortunately I didn't and then I feel like that got us to loss today.
All of this is just a learning curve. We got some guys injured, and we just got to keep fighting and keep believing and the guys who play just play hard. It's your time, you got to show up and try to help the team win. It's going to be a long year and I think we'll be better at the end of the year than we are now.
We need the fans off the court to help us go the way we're struggling right now. We appreciate the support. I'm glad to see them here to support us and we need it. Sometimes when we scored I was looking around to see if Mega fans were cheering for us because that's how loud they were. So thank you to them.
