After missing almost two months, the Lokomotiv Kuban guard played his 2nd game in the championship against Samara (102:74) and scored 13 points.
- How does it feel back in the game?
- It feels good. I'm just blessed to be able to play again. I've been out so long, maybe two months. I'm just happy to be back playing with my teammates. I've got to thank the medical staff, just working with them every day, all day. And also Alex [Turtygin] and my teammates and coaching staff and everybody for just being with me through the time because it was kind of hard. I hadn't really been away from basketball this long in a long time but still got more work to do like just trying to keep building brick by brick.
- How did it feel not to be able to help the team for two months?
- Like I said it didn't feel good but I know it's all part of the game so I couldn't let it get me. I knew I would be able to play one day so I was just taking it day by day and I was just praying and doing my rehab as best as I could every day.
- Are you satisfied by your performance today?
- We got the win but me… I think I can still do more. I've missed a couple shots that I know I can make but at the same time like I said it's my first time playing. I’m just happy to get some game rips. So, yeah, I'm satisfied.
