The Lokomotiv Kuban guard had a strong performance against Avtodor: 25 points, 5 steals, 2 blocks.
- What can you say about the result?
- We had a good game obviously. I feel like our defensive intensity was good. This is another game for us to get better, you know, with the new roster that we have. Just taking it day by day, game by game getting better until we reach our best. It’s great that we’ve won, and this victory helps us climb up the ladder in the league.
- Can we say that it was your best game for Loko?
- Judging by stats and the fact that we won, this game may be considered my best one for Loko so far. But I hope that there’s more good games to come and many more performances.
- Besides 25 points, you’ve made 2 blocks today. Is it usual for you making blocks?
- I’m just taking it day by day, trying to get my body to 100% of before the injury. Making 2 blocks improves my confidence in that I have an ability to get there.
- Do you have a tradition to make a wish for Christmas?
- Christmas is a family holiday for me. That’s why I brought my family to Krasnodar: my mother, my sister, my girlfriend and my daughter. It’s their first time in Russia, and I’m happy having them here. It’s great having them here and feeling love around me. Waking in the morning, spending time, showing them the city. I love seeing my mom and my sister at the stands today. That definitely helped me play good today. I hope they will be there again when we’ll play in the play-offs. As for making wishes, we don’t really have such a tradition. But I would like to wish health for everyone, good vibes and positivity.
