The Lokomotiv guard played well in his 25 minutes against Avtodor (78:76) – 11 points with only one missed shot from the field.
- It was a really tough game today. Congratulations on the win, but what's going on with the team?
- It's true, after the victory over Zenit, our games have been a problem. Every opponent we face is playing, well, maybe not their best games, but very solid ones. We seem to be pressing the ball, fighting, but time after time, something just doesn't work out. Today was a bit tough, too. We'll work hard and try to overcome this tough stretch. It happens: sometimes there are lows, sometimes, on the contrary, highs. But that's sport.
- Lokomotiv went into the big break with a decent lead, but then lost it. What happened?
- We lost a couple of rebounds and couldn't get our shots under the basket. Our opponent took advantage of this and scored some tough baskets. We just had to endure it, which we more or less managed, but of course, it wasn't what we wanted. Still, a win is a win.
- There were Lokomotiv fans at the game today, did you hear them?
- Of course. They were sitting in the front row. They tried to shout down the Saratov fans, sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't, but still, a big thanks to them. People came here to Saratov, it's not easy, and the weather here is bad.
- Did you recognize them? They were in Yekaterinburg too.
- Yes, we heard them there too; they were sitting right behind our bench. It didn't help much in Yekaterinburg, but it did here, so once again, a big shout out to our fans for coming and supporting us everywhere.
