We started off very nervous, missed several easy shots, and allowed our opponent to build a double-digit lead early in the game. After that, our players struggled to believe in themselves. We forced CSKA to commit 24 turnovers, which shows we had the desire and effort. But our shooters had a really bad day today. Sometimes that happens—when you're too eager to score, even the things you usually do can stop working. As a coach, I take responsibility for what happened. Mentally, we need to prepare differently for games against top clubs.
Now we need to keep our heads up, get a good rest, recharge, and keep working hard. After the international break, we're facing the most important part of the championship.
