The Lokomotiv Kuban guard shared his thoughts ahead of the game against Yenisei – the team where he began his career in the VTB United League.
- Are games in Krasnoyarsk special to you?
- Of course. Yenisei was the first team I played for in Russia, I had a great time there and remember everyone: the club staff, the fans. But now it's a completely different story: I play for Lokomotiv, and we're all determined to get revenge for the loss in January.
- How does the adaptation of Alien Hadzibegovic go?
- He's trying. I mean, time is short, but Alain is doing everything we can to get into the game as quickly as possible. In my opinion, he's exactly the kind of player we've been missing.
- What was going on in Dubai that took you so long to get back?
- This was the first time in my life that something like this had happened, but overall, everything was fine, and I say this as a family man. Yes, there were some difficulties, but the club did everything possible to ensure we got back as quickly as possible, and I really appreciate that.
- Will this situation affect your game?
- I hope, no. I'm ready to play and motivated.
