Ishchenko is in the Team of the Week for the 4th time

Last week, Lokomotiv played one game, defeating Yenisei 91:80 in Krasnoyarsk. Ishchenko recorded a double-double (12+15), adding 3 assists, resulting in a 30-point efficiency rating. His 15 rebounds set a VTB United League record for backcourt players.

The 21-year-old guard is named to the Team of the Week for the 4th time this season, tying him with Zenit’s Andrei Martyuk and Yenisei’s Danilo Tasić. Only Lokomotiv captain Patrick Miller, UNICS center Marcus Bingham (6 times each), and CSKA point guard Melo Trimble (9 times), are ahead of Ishchenko.
