The best young player of the 2022 Belarusian Cup, as well as the Belarusian Championship in the 2022/23 and 2023/24 seasons.
Kasko frequently played for the U16 and U20 national teams, and has been a member of the Belarusian men’s national team since 2023. He has won several medals in international 5×5 and 3×3 basketball tournaments.
In the summer of 2024, the player signed a 1+2 year contract with Lokomotiv Kuban.
