Sheyanov joined Lokomotiv Kuban in 2018.

As part of the Russian U16 national team, he participated in the European Championship playoffs in 2019; with the U18 national team, he finished fourth at the European Championship in 2021.

During the 2024/25 season, Sheyanov was appointed captain of the Superliga team, ORSS-Lokomotiv Kuban.

Made his debut for the Lokomotiv Kuban main team in the 2020/21 season and was moved there permanently in January 2025.

In February 2025, he participated in the training camp of the Russian national team.
