As a youth, Mikhail trained at the Lokomotiv Kuban and Montverde Academies.
He was called up to the Russian U16 national team and competed in the European Championship with the U18 squad.
In the 2021/22 season, he was named the best shooting guard of the DYuBL Championship.
He won gold in the VTB United Youth League with Loko-2 during the 2022/23 season. He was also named to the All-Tournament Team at the inaugural VTB United Youth League Super Cup.
In 2024, while being on loan at Dinamo Vladivostok, Mikhail became the champion of the Superliga, Russian 2nd tier.
The player made his debut for the Loko senior team in August 2024 during a training camp in Turkey.
He spent the 2025/26 season on loan before returning to Loko.
