The VTB United League invited the Loko forward to participate in the Best slam-dunk contest during the All-Star weekend.

On February 10, DeVon Akun-Purcell was presented by the VTB United League as one of four participants in the Best slam-dunk contest at the 2024 All-Star Game.

I’m honored to be selected to participate in both the All-star game and dunk contest. For the first time in my professional career I’ve been able to participate in something like this. I’m excited to put on a show for the spectators.
