The VTB United League presented the Top 10 most striking episodes of the 2024 All-Star Game. The 4th place goes to the slam dunk performed by Loko’ forward DeVaughn Akoon-Purcell.
The moment took place at the end of the 1st quarter of the All-Star Game. Andrei Vorontsevich stole the ball from Isaiah Reese and passed it on the open hoop to Akoon-Purcell, who made a spectacular jump, turning 360 degrees in flight, and finished the shot from above.
By the end of the match, the Loko forward scored 44 points (the second highest score in the history of the VTB United League All-Star Games) and received the Most Valuable Player award.
