Lokomotiv Kuban decided not to use the option of the contract extension for the American guard.
Joe Ragland played for Loko in the 2017/2018 season. In the VTB United League, Joe averaged 12 points, 2.1 rebounds, and 3.8 assists in 22 games. In EuroCup, Ragland played in 18 games, averaging 11.7 points, 2.2 rebounds, and 3.7 assists.
