The VTB United League has released a selection of the best blocks of the 2025/26 season. Lokomotiv Kuban, of course, is featured.
Lokomotiv forward Anton Kvitkovskikh is ranked 7th in the chart thanks to his block on MBA-MAI player Andrei Zubkov‘s shot early in the home game on April 3 (Lokomotiv won that day 88:67). Interestingly, just 15 seconds after that block, Kvitkovskikh scored a three-pointer.
Also, 2nd in the rankings is Royce Hamm, who spent some time with Lokomotiv early in the season. This block also occurred in a game against MBA-MAI, but on the road, on October 12, and came right at the end. Hamm blocked Danil Pevnev, and our team won 88:85.
