Refunds are issued upon written request.

Season passes/tickets can be returned:

  • if the season pass is returned no later than 24 hours before the game for which it was purchased;
  • if the ticket is returned no later than 24 hours before the game for which it was purchased;

Refunds for season passes are issued in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 782 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, less the Club's actual expenses (including, but not limited to, organizing matches and producing season passes).

Purchasers wishing to refund tickets/season passes purchased online must download the form and complete all fields separately for each order, scan or photograph the completed form, and send it to: help@lokobasket.com

After submitting, you will receive a return email notifying you that your refund request has been accepted.

If you don't receive a reply, please call 8 (800) 550-1946.

If a game is cancelled, all online ticket purchases will receive an automatic refund within 10 business days of the game date. You don't need to submit a request; the refund will be returned to the account you used to make the purchase.
