Mindaugas Kuzminskas joined Loko!

Lokomotiv-Kuban has signed a two-year contract with the Lithuanian national team forward.

This season Kuzminskas started with Olympiacos, averaging 5.8 points and 2.2 rebounds in six Euroleague games. The previous season and a half he spent in AX Armani Exchange Milan. He had 30 appearances on the court for Milan having 8.5 points and 3.3 rebounds.

In summer, I chose Olympiacos. David Blatt invited me to the team. It was great to be part of the club at that time. But things have changed, and I decided to accept the Loko's offer and continue my career here. I know a lot about Lokomotiv Kuban. I've already known Ginas; Mantas and I both played in Zalgiris, the national team, and Milano for a while. That was one of the few important reasons for me to come here. Another relevant thing - is the competitive spirit of the team, ambitious goals, and desire to compete in Euroleague next year.
